KLIP-LOK® 700 Bottom Foam Infill Strip, 711mm
Profiled foam strip that sits under KLIP-LOK® 700 sheeting and fills the hollow inside each rib. Push it in at the gutter edge, on the top plate or wherever the sheet sits on a flashing and it stops wind, dust, leaves, birds and wasps getting under the roof.
To order: select your state, enter the number of strips and add to cart. Each strip is 711mm, one sheet width plus a small overlap, so total edge metres ÷ 0.711, rounded up. For the strip that goes over the sheet under ridge and apron flashings, order the KLIP-LOK® top infill strip.

Bottom or top strip?
Bottom has a flat base and rounded humps that fill the underside of the ribs; it goes wherever the sheet sits on something. Top has a flat top and notches that drop over the ribs; it goes wherever a flashing sits on the sheet.
Which sheet does it fit?
KLIP-LOK® 700 only: 700mm cover, three ribs at 237mm centres. The strip is 711mm long, 49mm overall, shaped at each end to clear the interlocking rib.
How is it fitted?
Press it up into the profile before the sheet is clipped down. No adhesive, no tools. Cut where a run ends mid-strip. Don't crush it flat under the sheet or it stops filling the ribs.
Is it fire rated?
No. Not fire retardant. In a BAL-rated build the closure at the sheet edge may need to be a fire-rated product or a metal closure; check your BAL report.
