✔️ Key Installation Details:

• Support Spacings:
  • Steel sheet roofing – maximum 1200mm centres
  • Tile roofing – maximum 600mm centres
• Installation Tip: Always fix a rafter clip at each end of the section, ensuring all intermediate brackets align perfectly using a string line.
• Fixings: Use at least two fixings per rafter bracket – Hex Head screws for steel or Type 17 screws for timber.
• Important: Do not use fascia as an end-span roof support.

✔️ How to Install COLORBOND® Fascia:

1. Fix rafter clips at both ends and line up intermediate brackets using a string line.
2. Attach fascia horizontally under the end clips, then lever upward into the vertical position.
3. Slide fascia along brackets to level, then fix intermediate brackets securely.
4. Once fascia is installed, attach spring clips to adjust gutter fall as required.

Note: Cutting is simple using a fine-toothed hacksaw or tin snips. Always dispose of metal offcuts responsibly.
